Tokunbo Adetayo
Chairman
Engr Adetokunbo Adetayo is a seasoned business executive and highly sought-after speaker with a leadership career spanning over two decades. His career started in 1982 with a Consultancy Firm, GKW, based in Germany and later moved to Unilever West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago. He worked in Shell Petroleum Development Company for eight (8) years in the HR Department and HR Services.
Engr Adetayo furthered his career by joining the telecoms industry and worked with Celtel and later Zain Nigeria. In more than 20 years, international assignments have taken him to the West Indies, South Africa, West Africa, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Germany, Austria and America. He has attended Professional courses locally and internationally. Engr Toks has been a certified facilitator for the Navigator Men’s Development Programme for the past six (6) years.
Wonuola Adetayo
Chief Executive Officer
‘Wonuola is a seasoned business executive with leadership, management and consulting experience spanning over three decades. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA, both from the prestigious University of Lagos. She is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
‘Wonuola started her career with UACN/UNILEVER Nigeria where she served meritoriously for 17 years in various managerial and executive capacities. As a Certified Facilitator, Wonu has designed and facilitated strategic, leadership, and gender development for senior executives of high-net-worth organizations in public & private sectors of Nigeria and beyond.
A member of the Institute of Directors (IoD), Wonuola currently sits on the Board of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG).
Atinuke Akinbisola
Associate Director
Mrs Atinuke Akinbisola is a certified Human Resource Professional with the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management and has a Fellow badge with the institute. She has over a decade of experience in Management Consulting.
She has a master’s in Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Lagos in addition to her first degree in Applied Physics from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA).
Atinuke has over 15 years of post-qualification work experience in both the public and private sectors as an accredited management consultant.
Femi Luther-Abegunde
Associate Director
Mr Femi Luther-Abegunde is a licensed Coaching Practitioner. He is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) USA and Nigeria. He is also a member of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria. He has over a decade of experience in Management Consulting. He is a Certified Management Consultant and Fellow of the Institutes of Management Consulting, USA and Nigeria.
FLA got his first degree in Computer Science from LAUTECH, Ogbomoso. He also holds a master’s in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos and an executive master’s in project management from Cupe, UK.
FLA has over 10 years of post-qualification work experience and has coached and mentored more than 500 Peak performers across the globe.
