Assessment Centres
Assessment Centres have gained wide recognition as a systematic and rigorous means of assessing, defining and developing human behaviour within the workplace and beyond. Our battery of assessments is designed to provide decision-makers with information about individuals: their behavioural style, strengths, development areas, skills, opinions, perceptions and expectations. Psychometric tools can be useful for recruitment, selection, training, coaching, consulting, promotion and development.

Gender-based Programmes
Our gender-based development programmes represent a concentrated effort to assist both men and women understand the need to develop all facets of their lives. Over 231,000 women and more than 9,000 men have benefited in over 44 countries and 15 different languages.
To further support the development of individuals in Nigeria, we adopted the internationally proven programme “Springboard Women’s Development programme and Navigator Men’s Development Programme. These specifically designed personal and professional development programme compromises four one-day workshops over three months.
